Basic login troubleshooting

If you have issues accessing your account:

1. Check your email address

• Ensure you use the same email address you used to sign up. 

• Click "Forgot password" on the login page.
• Enter your email address.
• Check your Inbox and Spam/Junk folders for the reset link.
• Follow the link to create a new password. 

• Wait a few minutes and refresh your inbox.
• Confirm the email address is correct.
• Check Spam/Junk/Promotions folders.
• Request the password reset again from the login page. 

Account locked / multiple failed attempts

• If you enter the wrong password several times, your account may be temporarily locked for 60 minutes for security reasons.
• This protects against unauthorized access or automated login attempts. 
• Try logging in again after 60 minutes or use "Forgot password" to reset your password during/after the lockout.
