Unsubscribing from the Community

If you would like to unsubscribe and stop receiving invitations or emails from our research community, we will respect your choice. You have several options.

Unsubscribe from your Community account

You can unsubscribe directly from within your community account:

1. Log in to your Community account.
2. Click on your avatar (profile icon).
3. Click the “Unsubscribe” button under your avatar.
4. Confirm your choice if prompted.

Once you do this, you will be unsubscribed from the community and will no longer receive invitations or emails for new activities from this community/client.

Use the unsubscribe link in emails

In most invitation or community emails, there is an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom.
Clicking this link will unsubscribe you from future invitations and communications related to that community/client.

After you unsubscribe:

• Your contact details will no longer be used for new research invitations under this community.
• Your data will be anonymised within 90 days after you unsubscribe.
• If you change your mind later, you may be able to rejoin or sign up again, depending on the specific project and client rules.

If you would like us to delete your data entirely or exercise other privacy rights (such as access or correction), please let us know and we will handle your request in line with our Privacy & GDPR procedures.
